Our Gold Seamoss is harvested in the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. Seamoss is widely respected for being a nutritional powerhouse. Furthermore, Seamoss has 92 out of 110 minerals, essentially making it THE MULTI-VITAMIN! Some of the minerals that are in seamoss are: carbon, sulphur compounds, iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, beta carotene, zinc, pectin selenium, protein, phosphorus, bromine. Seamoss is also packed with vitamins such as vitamin A, E and C; it is also a great source of iodine.
