All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our store unless you receive an item that is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost to you.

  • Personalized or custom-made items

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider returns or refunds at our discretion. Any such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a 10% restocking fees.
